Located on the small island in the heart of the historic town of Nin, this charming holiday home is a perfect choice for families and small groups seeking a blend of authentic Dalmatian atmosphere and comfortable accommodation. Its location offers a peaceful setting while being within easy walking distance of all town landmarks, restaurants, and promenades.
The house is ideal for up to 6 guests and features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The property offers two kitchens – a smaller kitchen on the upper floor for quick meal preparation, and a large kitchen with dining area on the ground floor, located in a separate room, ideal for family meals and social gatherings.
One of the greatest advantages of this accommodation is its proximity to the sea and beaches. The famous Queen’s Beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia, is located only about 800 metres away, allowing for pleasant walks or a short drive to swimming and sunbathing spots.

Free parking is available near the house; however, during the high season its availability may be limited. As an alternative, paid public parking is available approximately 400 metres from the house.
