The beautiful Villa Batana is located in Sukošan, a place only ten kilometers from Zadar. The house was built in a rustic Dalmatian style, and is decorated with Dalmatian stone and brick. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets and a beautiful outdoor kitchen.

Each room as well as the living room and kitchen have air conditioners. In the living room there is a large sofa bed that can be used as a bed for two people. The Smart TV is connected to the Internet, and you can find over 100 programs on it.

For relaxation and fun, guests can use the heated swimming pool, deckchairs, umbrellas, table tennis and trampoline, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee machine and all other necessary appliances. A washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal. Pets are allowed for an extra charge, and the good thing is that the plot is completely fenced.
